How We Feel - This is a mood-tracking app to help you better understand and define your emotions. I frequently encourage my clients to use this app as it provides information on emotions as well as a better understanding of your mood over time.
Pomodoro - Focus Timer - This app assists with time management by helping you use the Pomodoro technique without the hassle of setting your own timers.
My3 - This app helps you create a safety plan that is easily accessible when you are experiencing distress.
