“Out of Pocket” Fee - $200 per 55-minute session
Out-Of-Network Provider - I am an out-of-network provider for most insurances. You would pay my “out-of-pocket” fee upfront, and I will provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to determine if you have out-of-network benefits and your reimbursement rate.
Sliding Scale - I do have a few sliding-scale spots for people with financial difficulties. However, these spots are limited, and I do not currently have sliding-scale spots available at this time. I also offer a reduced fee for doctoral graduate students in psychology who are looking to complete their psychotherapy hours. Please send me a message if you are interested in a sliding-scale fee or are a doctoral graduate student.
*All fees are subject to change.

Immigration Evaluations.
Immigration Evaluations are not considered medically necessary. Therefore, we cannot use your medical insurance to cover the cost of the evaluation. If you are interested in a payment plan, please let me know.
Fees for Evaluation Type*
N648 Forms - $600
Hardship Waivers/Asylum - $1,100
U-Visa/T-Visas/VAWA - $1,000
Rush Fee** - $200
I speak English and Spanish and can conduct all evaluations in either language.
I have access to medically certified interpreters for the following languages: Amharic, Arabic (Dialects—Egyptian, Iraqi, Jordanian, Syrian), Burmese, Chaldean, Dari, Farsi, Oromo, Pashto, and Somali. If you need an interpreter for another language, I will work with you to find an interpreter for your language. Most interpreters charge an additional fee, which varies by interpreter. I cannot guarantee their rates.
*All fees are subject to change.
**Reports are typically completed within 2-3 weeks. However, if you need the report faster than 2-3 weeks, a rush fee will be charged.
What’s Included in an Immigration Evaluation?
Psychological Testing: All evaluations include psychological testing which can take between 30 minutes - 2 hours. Most of the testing can be completed in person or virtually, but there are some tests that must be completed in person. I have extensive training in personality, cognitive, and trauma testing. I create a curated battery of tests for each individual to ensure that I am obtaining the most accurate information. These tests are available in English, with many available in Spanish. If using an interpreter, I will attempt to ensure that all testing is culturally relevant and conducted in your preferred language.
Extensive Clinical Interview: All evaluations include a clinical interview which range between 1-2 hours. During the interview process, I will ask detailed questions about your life including but not limited to childhood, immigration history, trauma, health (physical and mental health) history, family, and current stressors.
Collaboration with Immigration Lawyers & Caregivers/Family Members (as necessary): I will work with your immigration lawyer to ensure that your report has the necessary and most accurate information. I prefer to speak with you and your immigration lawyer to obtain additional information (e.g., declarations, police reports, etc.) as this allows me to verify information. In cases where the applicant is severely incapacitated or requires significant assistance from caregivers or family members, I will also include them in the evaluation process to obtain collateral information.
Printing/Sending Reports: Depending on the type of evaluation, I will electronically send your report to your lawyer using an encrypted email system or coordinate a time with you to pick up the physical copy of the report.
